What people ask us first

What happens in the free AI exposure check?

It takes about an hour, with someone from IT and someone from the business. We look at how your people use AI today and show Mazun working live. Then you get a short written summary covering what AI costs you now and what is happening without control. Those are the first two parts of your business case.

Could we build this ourselves?

The parts can be assembled. Running them, testing new models and keeping the rules current every month is the job most firms can't staff, and that is what we do. Mazun is a working AI capability, not software you look after alone.

Where is our data processed?

Mazun Chat, Mazun Gateway and the masking of chat text run in your deployment, a dedicated one for each customer, in your cloud or hosted by us. Your approved model provider receives masked text only.

Can Mazun see our conversations?

Without your permission, Mazun doesn't see your prompts, conversations or files. If you ask us for help that needs access, it is agreed in writing, limited to that purpose, those people and that period, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Which AI models can our staff use?

The ones you approve, from a curated list of low-cost and frontier models across vendors, re-tested by us every month. Staff use the right model for the task, not the most expensive one by default.

What is masked?

Names, Emirates ID and Iqama numbers, phone numbers, emails, IBANs, card numbers, employee and customer IDs, dates of birth and addresses, in English, Arabic and mixed text. Private keys and common API keys and tokens are caught too, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files are checked before a model sees them. If a check can't run, the request doesn't go.

What does our IT team need to do?

Very little. We install Mazun, set it up for your work and keep it current every month. Admin sign-in uses multi-factor authentication; single sign-on with Microsoft Entra or Google is in pilot.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Mazun Chat has an English and Arabic interface, and masking works in English, Arabic and mixed text.

How is Mazun priced?

It depends on your organisation: its size, the add-ons you choose, the redundancy you need, and whether we host it or it runs in your own infrastructure. We put a proposal together with you after the exposure check.

Is Mazun PDPL compliant?

Mazun is built to support your PDPL and client-confidentiality obligations: sensitive details are masked before any request reaches a model, chat history stays in your deployment, and Mazun Cockpit shows what was masked or stopped.
