What is a private AI workspace?

A browser-based chat workspace that your organisation controls: you choose the models, your rules apply, and chat history is kept in a deployment dedicated to you. Mazun adds a gateway that masks supported sensitive data in chat text before a request reaches a model, and a team that keeps it all current.

Where does Mazun run?

In a dedicated deployment for each customer: in your cloud, on a virtual machine on your premises, or hosted by us. You choose. In supported chat text, your approved model provider receives masked text only. We make no promise about data residency; we describe how Mazun works so you can judge for yourself.

Can we start with one team in one entity?

Yes. Start with a free AI exposure check of about an hour, then a 30-day pilot with one team and one workflow. Whether and how to extend it to other teams or entities is decided from the numbers you measure, not on day one.

Which AI models can our staff use?

The ones you approve, from a curated list of low-cost and frontier models across vendors, re-tested by us every month. Staff use the right model for the task, not the most expensive one by default. Provider keys never reach staff.

What does our IT team need to do?

Very little. We install Mazun, set it up for your work and keep it current every month. Admin sign-in uses multi-factor authentication; single sign-on with Microsoft Entra or Google is pilot-ready.

Can Mazun see our conversations?

Without your permission, Mazun doesn’t see your prompts, conversations or files. If you ask us for help that needs access, it is agreed in writing, limited to that purpose, those people and that period, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Does Mazun mask sensitive details?

In supported chat text, yes: Mazun Gateway masks supported sensitive data before a request reaches a model, and Mazun Cockpit shows what was masked or stopped. Masking reduces exposure; it does not remove every risk, and it covers chat text, not images or voice.
